Shelly is a South New Jersey-based movement leader, wellness entrepreneur, and fierce advocate for women’s empowerment. As the co-owner of Studio Diva, she has co-created a vibrant community dedicated to uplifting women’s physical health and wellness through dance, fitness, and transformative community events. Specializing in(HIIT), yoga, and heels performance, her versatile teaching style bridges the gap between raw athletic power and fluid creative expression.
She is on a global mission to inspire women worldwide to tap into their femininity and claim their power through authentic self-expression, movement, and intentional self-care. For her, movement is medicine- a belief deeply rooted in her personal pole dancing practice, which she uses to move stagnant energy, free the mind, and celebrate the body. Through her work, she embodies and teaches her favorite life lesson: that with patience and consistency, we can all do incredibly hard things with absolute grace.

Alisha “Thang is Thangin” started her pole journey four years ago in Philly, as a way to challenge herself physically and mentally, seeking a new way to explore her body and movement. But what she found was a new passion, one that continues to challenge her, reminds her that she’s capable of so much, and that she can find the beauty in hard work, in trying again and again, and in existing in her body unapologetically. Rock. She’s the perfect blend between hard & soft, embodying strength, sensuality, and confidence. Rock has been pole dancing for 3 years and is a new instructor at Pole Empress in Philadelphia. Using her fluid movement and magnetic eye contact, she is sure to captivate her audience and leave a lasting impression with every performance.

Shakti aka "Hellfire Honey" is a pole performance artist based in NJ. Shakti means divine feminine energy, which she embodies on stage through slow silky movement and a powerful presence. She is a force of nature — intentional, confident, and mesmerizing, she will put you in a trance and leave you wanting more.
